As for a personal philosophy, I have been interested in the teachings of G.I. Gurdjieff since a late teen. I hope to take from him and combine what I am learning from Buddhism and Yoga to create a new system for myself to help me be “awake” and present.
As for day-to-day existence, I drive a truck for a linen company and I am a Teamster. I also have a son named Lol Wyatt whom I adore more than anything in this world. I live by myself in Wauwatosa Wisconsin in an upstairs flat with my own parking space and an air conditioner in my bedroom window. Life, for the most part, is good. Hopefully, my Raymond Carver days are over.
